why is my widget not updating?

i added a widget to show my tumblr posts on my blog. the widget shows up, but it does not update. any suggestions?

Often times is can take 15-30 for the RSS widget (blidget) to sync with the feed that it's linked to. You'll also want to try clearing your browser cache. If it still isn't updating, you'll want to write in to support@widgetbox.com, and include a link to the widget.
15-30 hours. i've had it for 2 days and its only updated twice.
So did this ever get answered? Mine has never updated.
Hello , I am facing a problem , that the Windows user are seeing the widget in a way and the Mac user seeing in another way in my web , so i am getting lost about the size to make for Mac or windows , please help
When I make changes to my widget, do they automatically change wherever they are installed or do I have to update the code/links for each one I have put on my site?
