Why am I not getting emailed with results from my contact form?

We offer the option, for Widgetbox Pro subscribers, to have the Form submissions emailed to you as a once a day summary:
1.) Check the "Daily Result Email" box
2.) Enter your email address
3.) Click the green "Publish Changes" button
With a BASIC Widgetbox account, you can view the submissions at any time via our site. To access these submissions, please follow the steps below.
- Login to http://widgetbox.com and click on "Dashboard" at the top
- Click on your contact form widget
- Click on "Show Results Summary" at the top

Pierre, When you have a pro account under the "Confirmation message box you will see a tic box named "Daily Result Email" check the box to the left and then add the email you want your notification to go to. It's pretty easy.
So, if I'm understanding this correctly, you can't find out who is filing out your forms unless you have a Pro account? If so, why have the form at all??
My gosh, seriously you need to pay attention. Pro users have the option of having the info emailed to the email they specify. Basic users can get the information but they have to log into widgetbox , click on dashboard , click on contact form, click on show results summary. You still have access to your information so it still is useful. Its no wonder support is ignoring you, wake up.
Would it be possible to have the contact form submit the information to the email address on file at the time a submission has been made instead of a once a day report? If a visitor to my site is interested in a service we offer and would like to be contacted immediately we will have no idea except to wait until a once a day summary is emailed or by remaining signed into our account on widgetbox to manually check form submissions?
I require an opt-in box that works properly. There does not seem to be one available on the face of the internet, this one included. I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee but $50.00/ month was not the number I had in mind. What do I have to do, write it myself?
