Where can I change my credit card information after I have paid?

To update your credit card information, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Widgetbox account and click on "Dashboard" at the top
  2. Click on "Purchases" in the tabs below the "Dashboard" section
  3. Click on the blue "Manage Payment Method" button in the upper right hand corner
  4. Enter your password to update your information

Hi Widgetbox-Team

I have checked already your knowledge-database without success.
I have tried to update my credit card information but I get the following failure message:

Sorry, we are currently unable to retrieve your payment information. Please visit our online support community at http://support.widgetbox.com/ if you continue to see this message.

Dear Widgetbox,

I have to post this here, as I can't find other place to contact you regarding this urgent matter.

We (routerank.com) need to renew our Widgetbox Pro's annual subscription before May 11, 2012. However, we have been unable to update our payment information, as instructed in your automatic email.  https://www.widgetbox.com/dash/account/billing/

The reported error was: "Sorry, we are currently unable to retrieve your payment information"
 
I have searched the FAQ and Knowledgebase of Widgetbox but couldn't find any helpful information . Many other users of Widgetbox are having the same problem (e.g., http://support.widgetbox.com/entries/21261357-credit-card-info)

Same problem here: no way to update credit card information. It appears that Widgetbox no longer has support staff. I have seen no posts by support staff anywhere on the site with a 2012 date on them.

The answer provided by this "knowledgebase" is not working... I need help updating my subscription with a new card since the other one expired...  or my service with your company will be terminated and not by my choice. If you want to continue receiving money from me, which I'm willing to part with, please let me know HOW TO PAY YOU. Ok?

I have sent the widgetbox support 12 emails asking for help!  Your directions are not helping me and I can not get you to respond to my question.  You have no phone number posted to call.  Why can you not help me update my credit card info?  You do want paid customers ..... right?  Very, very fustrated!!!  Now you have cancelled my long standing account of 5 years because I am unable to update my credit card information.  WHY?

This is the response I received from my desperate plea. Thank you for your response but you have not addresssed the problem.  Why am I having to create a new subscription when I have had one for 5 years? Why would I create a new subscription to only have the same problem again?  

There is no post on this forum that helps one person!

Same problem.  I've been trying to update my info for days.  The total lack of support in this thread is very telling.  Widgetbox either doesn't listen, or doesn't reply. Either way... terrible.

My credit card was cancelled when someone tried to use it fraudently. I got a new credit card number. Widgetbox has my old number. I can't follow the instructions above because "Manage Payment Method" doesn't appear on my screen. I have a Mac. I cannot figure out how to get my new credit card to you. Help.
